Destination Wedding

Boston-based couple, Akello & Emeka made Chicago their destination of choice as it was easily accessible to all of their friends and family.  Chicago really showed up for them as they had the dreamiest summer day for their outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. They exchanged vows in our courtyard in front of their family and friends, followed by a lively cocktail hour with the sounds of Sam Trump. They transitioned into the ballroom for dinner with a lively soul train line.  This epic dance scene certainly set the tone for the rest of the evening.   With vivacious moments of music and laughter, this stunning couple stuck with classic, elegant colors for their wedding party and in their décor. They upgraded to our ivory cushion covers on our French country back chairs and we rented beautiful ivory linen for the tables. DJ Bonsu kept the party going while we treated guests to a late night snack of mini cheeseburgers, french fries and milkshakes. An after party in our lounge was the icing on the cake.
